Registration is now open through Friday August 16th, 2019 for our fall youth field hockey program with two divisions for grades 1&2 and grades 3-6

Divisions, Schedule and Season Info
Jr. Field Hockey, Grades 1&2: provides a great introduction to the sport of field hockey, with skills, mini scrimmages, a clinic with TA, and local play day tournaments.
Season runs August 26th through October 19th. Labor Day: No practices 8/31 or 9/2
Monday practices: 5:15-6:15pm, SMS Front Field
Sunday games: schedules and locations TBD
Jr. FH participates in 2-3 Play Day tournaments during the season, dates TBD.

Youth Field Hockey, Grades 3rd – 6th: the first few weeks will be practice sessions on both Wednesdays and Saturdays; the remainder of the season will include weekday practices and games, a clinic with TA, and play day tournaments on the weekends. Some games may require travel to local towns.
Season runs August 28th through October 19th. Labor Day: No practice 8/31
Wednesday practices: 5:15-6:15pm, SMS Front Field
Sunday games: schedules and locations TBD
Games: TBD. Play Day tournament dates TBD. Schedule will be posted under "Team Information" as games and play days are scheduled.

Equipment: All players must have molded mouth guards and shin guards. Sticks are available for use during the season, however players are welcome to purchase their own. Eyeguards are required for the grades 3-6 division; we will have some available for use or players may provide their own.

Coaches: Angela Bolduc, Erika Dube, Amber Rigdon, and Alyssa Clark, with help from Sue Spath, SPR staff, and Lori Smith and the TA Varsity Women’s Field Hockey Team.

FUNdamental Field Hockey Host Site
Saco Parks & Recreation is a FUNdamental Field Hockey host location through the USA Field Hockey organization.
