SPR is cooking up some fun for young chefs in fifth grade!
Building off the success of our Teen Chopped Academy, SPR is excited to offer Chopped Junior Cooking Academy for fifth graders! This is an introductory cooking program, mixing classroom and kitchen work. Participants will learn fundamentals involved with food preparation, including: nutrition and food groups, introduction to kitchens and equipment, and preparation techniques. Each meeting, participants will prepare dishes based on what they learned that day.
