Saco Parks and Recreation is pleased to offer a NEW program: Women's Self-Defense with Evolution Athletix! Learn basic safety techniques used to be aware of and avoid dangerous situations. We will cover techniques in multiple situations (home, work, school, etc.). Learn tips on avoiding being a target of attackers, and basic techniques on escaping if you are attacked. This class is great for women of all ages but is ideal for young students and their mothers to take together.
